Travel to Manzanillo, Mexico is becoming more and more popular. Manzanillo travel opinions from a few years ago talked about a drab industrial town but now, the talk is about a Pacific Ocean resort comparable with Huatulco or Puerto Vallarta.

A comment from newsgroups:
"All that said, I'd say break away from Cancun a bit. If you're set on
Mexico, then try something on the Pacific like Manzanillo, Huatulco or
Puerto Vallarta. My family found a really nice all inclusive called Club
Maeva in Manzanillo in the mid-90's, only reason that they don't go there
any more is that they've been maybe four if not five times, so they wanted something new."

When visiting Manzanillo, take time to visit the area. Visit the turtle farm, visit Colima and Comala, walk through the cental market in Manzanillo. Also make sure to visit Sierra Madre.
